1. Use of Service

One Good Bit Today is designed for personal use. By using this app, you agree to the "One Bit Today" philosophy. System manipulation to bypass entry limits or subscription gates is strictly prohibited.

2. Subscription Tiers

Premium Plan: Annual or Monthly billed service providing unlimited history, data export, and visual stats. Premium plans include a free trial (3 days for monthly, 7 days for yearly).

3. Data Export & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your content. Premium users may export their data at any time in CSV or PDF format. If you choose to delete your account, all Firestore data associated with your UID will be permanently erased.

4. Limitation of Liability

One Good Bit Today is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime through Firebase, we are not liable for data loss due to third-party infrastructure failures.
