By accessing or using One Good Bit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

One Good Bit is a gratitude journaling application. We provide tools to log daily entries, track progress, and share content. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and Web.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium Plans: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans that provide additional features like unlimited history, data export, and advanced stats.

Billing: Payments are processed via RevenueCat and the respective app stores. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free Trials: New users may be eligible for a free trial. You will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial unless you cancel.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of the content you create (your "bits"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and sync your content to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass any subscription gates or security measures.
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Good Bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date".
